Is there anything better than a festive holiday party? Office party, dinner party, friends house – I love them all! Picking out a dress – not so much. It’s HARD to decide what to wear to a holiday party. Tis the season for glitz and glam, but it’s also one of the busiest times of the year and fashion efficiently earns double points! This year, I found a perfect compromise…
The beauty of this dress is it manages to be chic, sophisticated, and understated all at once. Short on time? Switch to a pair of flats and tights during working hours – and shift into office-party mode by pairing it with a great pair of heels (these are my FAVORITE) and a fun bracelet for sparkly necklace.
Though this dress is all about ease and minimalist fluidity, it looks like you spent a lot of time pulling the pieces together. It’s my easiest (and favorite) look of the year!
The ladies at the Phipps Plaza Trina Turk (who are amazing, by the way) almost had me convinced to scoop up this dress in emerald green – which is stunning – but I just couldn’t pass up the navy. It’s taking all the willpower I have to not own both of these beauties!
Stuart Weitzman makes the most BEAUTIFUL pumps. I know everyone is all about their over the knee boots right now, but these pumps play second fiddle to no one! The heel height is perfect – and their jewel tones are perfection. I love how the red pops against the navy.
How do you decide what to wear to a holiday party? What will you be wearing this year?
